Implementation is very easy with API integrations. Overall payment forms are easy and industry standard, with multiple payment forms accepted.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Customers have multiple forms of payment options. Vendors can choose to either pay for Credit Card fees or pass them along to the client, saving thousands a year.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Primarily that customers have to be other businesses as well, cannot take payments from the general public (For now). Each user paying has to create a Melio account which takes some time to process. The schedule payment process seems to be challenging for multiple customers. Support takes days to respond, sometimes giving very vague answers or using scripted responses.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great product for startups or small business, however, limited capabilities and integrations. Receivables are somewhat challenging, especially with businesses or customers just wanting to pay by credit card or ACH. An entire account must be setup in order to do so. Also, there are no hardware integrations available, making it more challenging. Great for e-commerce otherwise

Melio Accounts Payable stands out from other products in the areas of batch payments, vendors and contractors payments integration. The uniqueness and ability for Melio to mail checks to vendors, suppliers and contractors on behalf of the payer. The cost free ACH bank transfers to vendors is another unique feature that makes Melio Accounts Payable stand out. Melio allows me to carry out Scheduling of payments to vendors through an integrated dashboard. I no longer need to switch to different accounts to make payments.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect or feature about Melio Accounts Payable Solution is the ACH bank payments. This feature allows me to make direct bank transfers or deposit to my Vendors, suppliers and contractors easily and seamlessly. Amazingly, it is totally cost free.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I dislike about Melio Accounts Payable is that it only allows its users to make and receive payments within the United States. It would be helpful if Melio's users can have the options of paying vendors in other European countries other than the US.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would highly recommend Melio's unique cost free ACH Bank Payments to Vendors as well as the payment scheduling feature. This features help small business owners to save time, money and above all help them focus on their business.

One of the favorite aspects of Melio is the ease with which it allows managing accounts payable. With its simple and intuitive interface, it is easy to add new vendors, send payments, and track transaction history. Additionally, integration with other systems, such as accounting and business management systems, makes the workflow even more efficient. All of this together makes Melio an excellent product for managing accounts payable.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Overall, I am very favorable towards Melio and think it's an excellent product for managing accounts payable. However, if I had to choose something I don't like very much about it, I would say it's the lack of integration with some smaller banks. However, I understand that it's not easy to integrate with all banks and that this may be a matter of product priorities. But overall, I think Melio is a very good product and I recommend it to any company that needs an efficient solution for managing their accounts payable.

If you are considering using Melio, I would recommend that you take advantage of all the benefits it offers. Melio is an amazing product that can help you manage your accounts payable efficiently and easily.
