What differentiates Mediaocean from other similar products?
The best part about Mediaocean is that it helps us to work and track all of your digital and non digital campaigns budgets, spends, KPIs, etc. at one platform. The platform features are pretty simple and easy for any new user to understand and work on it.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The favorite part of this tool is its amazing features as this platform is of use to Management people who can work around the campaign budgets and spends, then you have marketers who can work around the campaign KPIs and its goals and then you have finance team who can work on the billing part so overall this is win win tool from all direction. Also, the support team is amazing. They come with all different kind of resources so that you can do best with the platform.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One thing I dislike is that when you want to change a few entries in the platform then sometimes it becomes very difficult due to the glitches. Other than that I have not faced any issue with the platform.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
As a big company like Dentsu where we were spending in millions in a month, we were able to solve our biggest issues of maintaining our campaign finances of all kinds of campaigns at a single platform. So I would always recommend anyone to go for it as this will help you maintain your every single cents.
