It feels archaic, is difficult to use, loads slow

What differentiates Mediaocean from other similar products?
I have only used one other billing software, which was much easier to use, but it was a long time ago so I can't recall specifics.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
That it works (sort of)
What do you dislike most about this product?
Dowloading and using Print Toolkit is difficult and the access frequently expires. The application is absolutely archaic. Not intuitive at all. The Prisma website is only slightly better, with constant issues simply loading webpages, limitations on templatizing buys, and confusing UI.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would avoid it like the plague and pick a more modern system with better terms so that you won't be stuck with terrible billing software forever.
