RPF templates/import media plan needs to work. It currently holds a lot of error

Housing all aspects of a media buy in one place. Linkage to adsever.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The reporting capabilities and linkage to our ad server is helpful.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Constant bugs and breaks, extremely long time to fix issues had. Constant glitches and roadblocks in usage, 100% needs to be revamped in existing capabilities not creating new features.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Create a good relationship with technical support and specialists.
