What differentiates Mediaocean from other similar products?

It is the standard for all billing related services across each company I have been a part of it has the ability to automate invoices in real time once everything is input in the system which I havent seen a product do effectively besides Prisma

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

That is Universally used across many companies so transferring from one business to another it is a transferrable skill

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is a constant need to refresh the browser when using it. Simple tasks of inputting cost line items take way too long because of the unreliability of the UI. Appling line cost you must do one at a time there should be a button to apply line cost to all items

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

That it is an important UI to learn because many companies use it. Its a pretty streamlined process once everyone understands how to use it and it makes updating ad platform budgets easier

My favorite aspect of Mediaocean is its ability to centralize and streamline the entire media workflow in one place. From planning and buying to reporting and reconciliation, everything is connected, which reduces manual work and improves accuracy. Its strong omnichannel capabilities and integrations with major ad-tech partners make it especially valuable for managing large, complex campaigns efficiently.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I dislike most about Mediaocean is that while it is very powerful and comprehensive, the platform can feel overly complex and not very intuitive for new users. The interface often feels dated, navigation requires extra clicks, and simple tasks can take longer than expected. The steep learning curve means onboarding and training require more time compared to other tools, which can be frustrating when quick adoption is needed.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend Mediaocean to teams that need a comprehensive, all-in-one platform for managing media planning, buying, and reporting at scale. Be prepared for a learning curve, so invest time in training to fully leverage its features.
