I appreciate the multifaceted ways in which our media buying teams can utilize the software. It allows for everything to reside in one place and creates efficiencies in our processes.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The product interface is not always the most intuitive and sometimes requires additional guidance from the support teams in order to operate properly.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend to engage with the training materials and explore the many facets of the product that are available to users.

Quick support and updates.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The only issues we've experienced in the past are more around staff training of the product, not the product itself. It perhaps could be easier to have additional vendor support.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The learning curve might be slightly larger but that comes in large part because of this solution being a feature-full offering.
