What differentiates Manychat from other similar products?

It's easy to build out the bot. the interface is drag and drop. You can link your messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, email, and sms in one account. and the starting price is good.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

how easy it is to build your bot and how you can make changes to the bot almost immediately

What do you dislike most about this product?

there's nothing I don't like. Manychat is that awesome

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're serious about chat marketing then Manychat is a great way to get started even if you want to try it out. Make sure that you follow Facebook's rule when building the bot. Usually, when there's a restriction, it's not Manychat's fault, they're just following the rules Facebook implements
