What differentiates Manychat from other similar products?

The visual flow builder is the main character for me, in this way i can understand faster what to do and where i have to fix some flow. Other important things is the community, from the CEO of manychat to the users, there is a great communication, so we can help each others without any problem.

What differentiates Manychat from other similar products?

It was the first Chatbot I've ever test and I think the main differentiating factor is the ability to integrate with many others software products either directly or through Zapier.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I really like the interface, it is so friendly user that after a little time getting used to the app, you can build useful workflows for your chat marketing strategy. Also, it has a great capability to build high- personalized experience for our potential leads.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I think it's template gallery, it is not very good. It may help to people who just enter the chatbot world, but in order to create a highly personalized experience, these templates aren't just good.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

First, get used to the software. Watch videos about it and explore the platform until you had reached a good knowledge about it. Then just used it! Add it to your social medias and your website and star to measure its effective
