It is linked and highly recommended by Facebook which is why we made the decision

It is very versatile in nature and have alot of use case.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It had a steep learning curve for implementation

The cost is very reasonable however there is a learning curve to it (hence it adds up employee or external vendor cost)

It's easy to use and a full-proof platform with almost no bugs at all. Also, the community support is very good.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is the no-code flow builder of Manychat.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The lacking deployment channels.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are looking for a chatbot platform for only Facebook Messenger, Manychat can be a good fit.
