What differentiates ManageEngine PAM360 from other similar products?

I love It's centralized management and way for system administrators to manage and audit user and privileged accounts. PAM360 also can tracksand analyzes unusual privileged activity using AI and ML.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

the best aspect is that it has a secure database encryption system, instant password verification notifications, and detective security measures. It also has a vaulting and encryption mechanism, secure remote access, and privileged session recording and playback.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Pricing is high if we compare provided features.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Yes, for mid level companies, it is good solution.

What differentiates ManageEngine PAM360 from other similar products?

There are following aspect where ManageEngine PAM360 differs. 1.) ManageEngine PAM360 is a solid PAM solution that provides a comprehensive set of features and an easy-to-use interface for new users. 2.) Microsoft Active directory lacks instant customer service, usually contacting takes around 2-3 days of email revert, where ManageEngine PAM360 is generally tends to solve customer query as soon as possible. 3.) Features like encryption and to the point access control are some of the premium features offered by ManageEngine PAM360.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Things that make ManageEngine PAM360 special. 1.) ManageEnigine PAM360 is very good at detecting abnormalities and irregularities in account activities in IT infrastructure in all endpoints. 2.) Management of SSL/TLS certificates is easy and effective. 3.) Record privileged sessions, and enjoy dual controls with real-time session shadowing and termination capabilities. 4.) Delegate just-in-time controls for domain accounts and on-demand privilege elevation.

What do you dislike most about this product?

1.) Some improvement towards the privilege access monitoring can be done, as it feels little sluggish. 2.) Analytics feature to identify the fraud activities should be little more user oriented, lack of features like custome notifications and alerts customizations are missing. 3.) Remote access feature is missing for visualization purpose.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

ManageEngine PAM360 is an excellent solution for securing organisation access control and fraudulent activities monitoring and controlling management. There are some downsides as well but given the pricing model and features outweigh this issue as we found using Jumpcloud and Azure active directory gets little complicated to use without third party help. ManageEngine PAM360 is easy to use and implement in existing environment.
