What differentiates Malbek CLM from other similar products?

Malbek Contrax was able to meet our business requirements without any customizations. Out of the box functionality that met our needs was a huge plus and implementation with no IT dependency was a major bonus. At Cloud, we grade our contracts based on a point system and no other solution was able to provide functionality to automate this process.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Little to no IT dependency and/or Professional Services required to configure anything from a workflow to an integration.

What do you dislike most about this product?

If I had to mention something I didn’t like, I guess I’d say template synchronization after an update to a form field.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Be open to reevaluating your business requirements to align with the out of the box functionality this tool offers. They have very unique functionality and searching/reporting capabilities without any customs which in turn makes the updates seamless and without disruption!
