What differentiates Malbek CLM from other similar products?
They are continuing to grow for the customers, not just for themselves. They continue to deliver an excellent product that isn’t trying to fit a square peg into a round hole. They have created a complete 360 CLM that can stand alone and yet still be able to talk to other professional applications as necessary.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The customizable features.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The ability to get others to adopt to it. Even if it seems like the best solution for the company, it’s hard to get other users to use it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make sure that you have buying from the top and that your users are excited to get started to using it.

What differentiates Malbek CLM from other similar products?
Malbek is user friendly and allows transparency of workflows for all users. It incorporates an integral approach to the various different contracts allowing for copying of templates, workflows, etc. I feel that Malbek is constantly looking for ways to improve and update in order to continuously provide an efficient user experience.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of Malbek is the various customization options available to make it suitable for the needs of individual businesses. The integration with Microsoft Office and DocuSign helps to provide ease of contract management.
What do you dislike most about this product?
What I dislike most about Malbek is the complicated nature of the administration for tasks that need to be conducted in order to improve workflows, building of templates, etc. The 'behind the scenes' of Malbek that requires a more administrative background for a user group instead of Malbek providing their own administrative team to assist end users is the biggest issue we have to date.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Someone using this product should consider defining clear roles of their administration team, accountability partners, and learning all of the nuances of Malbek. Keep up with the training that is offered and be sure to highlight examples of issues as they arise.
