What differentiates Malbek CLM from other similar products?
Great support - we always get timely and professional support whether through email or on phone. Solutions center is very helpful. Integration with Hubspot was very helpful in scaling our CLM for wider use. We started with just using it as a repository and now run enter business flows, approval workflows, reports, and APIs with other systems. Security is very good and we have it connected to our single sign on system for ease of log in. We love the ability to restrict user access based on roles and permission. This is been a long but very rewarding journey with Malbek. Highly recommend for any company who wants a scalable CLM.

Not as customizable as we'd like.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The highly intuitive interface enables us to navigate, draft, and manage contracts without extensive training. It has rapid implementation and fast onboarding as compared to former CLM systems. It enables us to have strong search metadata filtering and tracking, making the audit process efficient. Real-time collaboration is seen as a major boost to team efficiency.

It listens to our feedback and evolves quickly, making it a platform that not only solves today’s needs but also grows with future demands.
