What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?
Its plans and specifications are built around how many total contacts you have, while other softwares as Gmail for example does not have any contact limitations
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It allows you to send personalized emails to specific mailing lists, which can help increase conversion rates and sales.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It lacks automation features and need to do a lot of customization if I want the emails to look professional
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
At the beginning might seem confusing, follow video tutorials (no need to pay for those, simple you tube channels will be enough)

What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?
Even the free version of Mailchimp offers a lot of valuable tools and features to get started with online email marketing. Although it sometimes feels like you are working with outdated software, after getting used to the layout, you will find that Mailchimp is a solid and strong platform that could work for you for many years!
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The addition of an online academy is super valuable! It gives you the tools and knowledge you need to start improving your online email marketing strategies.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The old style of the software, combined with the inefficient layout of the software. Things are not located in an intuitive way, so the workflow takes some time to get used to.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are new to the online marketing world, you should definitely give Mailchimp a try. It is solid as a rock, has all the features you need to start your marketing campaigns, manage your email list, and track all your valuable metrics.
