What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the ability to connect to other systems. In particular, it eliminated the requirement for a dedicated customer relationship management system by automatically adding new donors to a designated audience after making a donation. I'm really interested to see the progress of MailChimp's AI development in relation to their recommendations for multivariate and A/B testing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I tried a few other solutions, but MailChimp was the most cost-effective. It would be great if there were more options for minimalist and modern styles and templates. Perhaps there are currently trainings and webinars available on audience segmentation, but if not, it would be quite beneficial.

The email builder makes it easy to assign recipients to certain categories, plan when messages should be delivered, and even provides suggestions for the optimal time to send a message to a given class based on initial data. The dashboard makes it easy to observe which emails performed well in terms of open and click-through rates, so you can quickly identify which ones didn't. Using the MailChimp platform, we have several options for organizing and simply updating contact information.

The incorporation of artificial intelligence (AI) into Intuit MailChimp's campaign creation and optimization processes is really fascinating. It has the ability to produce content, customize my communications, and offer insights and suggestions using my financial information and consumer information. In addition, it is able to easily grasp and respond to my natural language commands. The seamless integration of Intuit MailChimp with QuickBooks Online and my other programs and tools, including CRM, analytics, and collaboration, is another perk. I am able to better coordinate my data, simplify my processes, and track my progress because of this

What do you dislike most about this product?

If we wanted to get in touch with the support team, we could use email or live chat. One potential issue is the lack of a cell phone number. Upgrading to a more expensive subscription plan is a major financial commitment. In the event that you wish to communicate with a very big group of associates in compartmentalized fashion, it may be challenging to partition lists.
