What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The drag-and-drop editor makes creating visually appealing emails easy, even for beginners. It also offers a great variety of templates and automation features, which help save time and streamline email marketing campaigns.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As your subscriber list grows, the costs can quickly become steep, making it less cost-effective for startups

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend investing some time in training to fully understand all of Mailchimp's features, especially if you're new to email marketing. It's also a good idea to try out the free plan first to see if it meets your needs and fits your budget before committing to a paid plan.
