Mailchimp is easy for beginners and good for small volumes

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The quick setup and ease of getting started is nice in mailchimp

What do you dislike most about this product?

Mailchimp is not exhaustive and very costly for the quality of features offered. For the cost you pay better tools are available

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you want to try email marketing for small base can definitely go for Mailchimp
