What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?

Mailchimp is perfect tool for sales team and data analysis team to understand graphs generated by surveys and polls . It also helps you to customize email template and send bulk emails with promotions .

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like dynamic , ease in custom templates with animation effects to attract customer . It also provides data of email open , forwaded and responded which helps marketing team to understand market interest on emails

What do you dislike most about this product?

Pricing needs to be restructured , its a perfect marketing support tool but pricing factors is unfair

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Shall be used for startups , mid size company for marketing and understand customer needs
