What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?

It's very easy to use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The free version will give you a lot of aspects already.

What do you dislike most about this product?

For e-commerce there are better options.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend trying this and Klaviyo and compare them, to see what you like most. For ecommerce, klaviyo is a lot better though.

What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?

Mailchimp is one of the easiest email platforms to set up and begin using. Additionally, I found the platform's segmentation to be considerably more robust than other competitors I've used.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

How easy it is to begin using Mailchimp and the UX of its email composition tool.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing really comes readily to mind.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're looking for a tool to quickly begin an email campaign and make it efficient going forward, this is the right choice, especially for smaller marketing teams.
