What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?
With the use of tags in the tool, you can easily send personalized email marketings to subscribers that increase open rates and the tool delivers emails faster compared to other tools that I have evaluated in the past like Brevo formally sendinblue
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I Like the social media integration with this tool which makes it easy for me to integrate FACEBOOK, TWITTER, INSTAGRAM AND LINKEDIN in this tool to auto post and schedule social media posts through this tool at the same price of the email marketing plan, I like the user interface as well, is clean and easy to get adapted to
What do you dislike most about this product?
You need to maintain a high email marketing knowledge to avoid suspension even when you are not aware of which policy you have violated. Using their API into your own app costs a lot of money and needs a lot of experitize
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you need to leverage professional email marketing at a fair cost, then I would recommend this tool because it is fairly priced and yet with good looking templates

What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?
Mailchimp offers a generous free plan if you don't need much customization. Their survey, landing page, and marketing tools are great for small businesses and those who may not have easy access to creating these types of features independently.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I appreciate the ease of newsletter creation and tracking of various analytics for each mailing. This ease comes after using it for some time, however. Once you conquer the learning curve, the features are wonderful. Surveys, analytics, and email journeys/welcome series are some of my favorite features that I look forward to digging more deeply into in the coming month. They have all given me tools to connect with and understand my audiences and users in a more data-driven manner. The tools give me the ability to make choices based on data.
What do you dislike most about this product?
My biggest complaint is the lack of ease with implementing custom designs. Further, though I use this tool regularly and am not switching any time soon, it's not always as intuitive as it could be. Especially when major updates and changes are made, it's tough to figure out where and how to access certain tools and features. A call with tech on upgrade was extremely helpful in this area but it would be great if these wonderful features were easier to find.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Mailchimp is absolutely one of the easiest to use and best newsletter campaign tools on the market and it plays nice with most other tools you may be using. That being said, you will need to upgrade considerably to be able to use many of the customization tools. Also, be ready to dig in and LEARN the features and tools - they are not always intuitive or easy to find. The cost is competitive for what you get.

It is not as usable as alternative products like the Salesforce solutions.

It has a great reporting feature.

It is not easy to use.

Only use it if you have a high skilled marketing team with tech background if not you risk making errors.
