What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?

Mailchimp is similar to other email marketing platforms but differentiates itself with an easy to use interface and comparatively lower pricing than competitors.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Mailchimp is a good email marketing platform with a plethora of features that allow you to hit your target audience. The ability to segment lists allows me to hit the correct email distribution list. The available templates allow you to easily customize and create aesthetic pleasing emails.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike that the reporting and analytics features aren't extremely robust. They aren't very comprehensive and Mailchimp doesn't allow you to download detailed reports. Mailchimp often doesn't allow you to access certain features without upgrading which can be frustrating.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I'd recommend watching a couple of tutorials before diving into the platform! It's definitely simple and easy to use, yet informing yourself of the breadth of features helps you create more dynamic email content.

They have a loyal customer base. Everyone thinking of email marketing considers Mailchimp for a review.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its functionality. Mail chimp is an easy to use, simple email marketing platform.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Cost. Mail chimp is expensive. Even though their freemium plan is impressive, their price grids are not at all impressive.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you represent a small and medium scale organization, consider other products.
