What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?
Mailchimp is very easy to use and learn. There's very little outside help or tutorials that you'd need to watch to get going with this. They do have these if you want to dive in and become a master though. This is a very user-friendly tool that anyone can pick up and use.

This tool is great for small businesses. It's great to get you started and up and running. You'll be able to segment lists, create your own email templates (or upload ones that you've created), create automation based on actions, and see the success of your campaigns. If you're new to email marketing/automation this is a great tool to get started with.

It has the best help tutorials and support available. All help files are easy to find and understand. They walk you through each step clearly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
That you can do so much with the free version, which is great for small businesses with very small budgets just starting out.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The analytics are very limited.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is a great starter product, but if you want to use certain features you will need to upgrade. Be clear on what you need first before deciding if this is right for you, so there are no surprises when you go to schedule an email for example and you find out it requires an upgraded account.
