What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?

MailChimp was very easy to learn. With the drag and drop features, it took little time to format emails and the automation/ analytics were very clear.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I enjoy the warnings that they feature to ensure that you have the best email. As you input a subject line, they make suggestions as well as suggestions to many other aspects of the email to ensure you aren't being sent to spam.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I do wish there was more customization in the design, it can feel as if many of your emails look the same with sticking to the drag and drop features.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend taking advantage of the automation marketing. You can select specific triggers that really take a lot of work off of your plate!
