MailChimp enables our team to send out bulk campaign mails at the same time with the content tailored to the preference of each customer or client

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The mailing can be automated completely to send out reminders and other relevant mails to boost customer engagement

What do you dislike most about this product?

Lesser known mailing applications don't handle the mails from the tool well and gets broken
