What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?

It provides a platform where one can stay in touch with people and groups via email. It helps in marketing your business products through email by sending various promotional emails and ads to your targeted audiences. Create customized popups and forms to connect with your fans. You can share your digital ads through Instagram, Facebook and many others.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

You can add more products simply by one click. It helps in automatically organizing your contacts into multiple segments on the basis of their engagement level, shopping history and likelihood to purchase.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometime it may not automatically update lists of customers you have to update it manually. It has very limited text formats, they need to be updated. Its color palates and other tools need to be improved. Many of their templates and features are not free of cost.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It helps you in creating your own landing pages to boost up business productivity and attract more customers. You can create digital ads, targeted emails and other promotional posts by following some simple steps.

What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?

Mailchimp integrates with almost all of the software products I use in the course of my daily work. I haven’t encountered any other email marketing platform with vast integration capabilities like Mailchimp.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Mailchimp sets no limitation when it comes to segmenting targeted audience. I can segment my target audience based on how they have interacted with newsletters we sent them via Mailchimp, or even import our own customized segmentation data into Mailchimp without glitches.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Mailchimps poor support for video files on its email template is amongst the current bottlenecks we have to navigate on Mailchimp. Likewise, the Mailchimp mobile application is limited in terms of what I am able to do, as against when I use Mailchimp on computer.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Asides the limitations I already mentioned, I think Mailchimp should be able to address most aspect of any organizations email marketing demands.

Mailchimp allowed us more targeted communication for smaller client groups

Unique targeted marketing emails...not as strong for a wider client base

Mot ideal for large client base but essentially not designed for that
