What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?
The email layouts are widely available and one can easily make the choice out of them.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is simple and user-friendly, Since it has the drag and drop functionality it is easy for the users who are from non coding background, thus they are able to use it with ease.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The most of the advanced features are for the Pro-package only which is disappointing.

For businesses and enterprises if they want to increase productivity and revenue they should opt it.

Its very easy to use for beginners
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Its very easy to setup and use and has tons of plugins/functionality to setup things like popups pretty easily
What do you dislike most about this product?
Deliverability is not great so if you have a big list you want to look elsewhere
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
See if pricing works with large list as once you hit 50k subscribers, there is a big cost spike

What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?
Our web development team usually uses this tool for subscribers' API integration. A user can subscribe on my client's website and I can easily save that subscriber in my MailChimp account. Also, we use this tool for sending email campaigns and this is the key point of the marketing The interface is very easy to use. I can create a contacts list and send campaigns to different contact groups.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect is the email template editor, this is very intuitive. And a user can add the custom templates as well.
What do you dislike most about this product?
As such there is nothing which I don't like about this software. Everything is perfect as per the customer's point of view.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
They have all the features which are required for an email marketing tool.
