What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?
Mailchimp is the full-featured email marketing hub with advanced technology-based features. This software is available at cheaper rates and provides free trials as well. Additionally, this tool brings great revenue with the marketing and eCommerce upgraded features. It also enables turnkey-eCommerce opportunities for traders.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Mailchimp is easy to operate software with well-suited software. This software offers the perfect entry point for micro finances establishments. Thus, Mailchimp offers good reporting and analytics. Additionally, it provides impeccable email options and HTML emails with plain-text substitution.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The first big drawback of this emerging tool is that they have fixed pricing and doesn't provide annual packages. Furthermore, the upgraded features are only available with the premium plans. So, these were the few points that make this software in loss but still the developers are working to improve the above-mentioned issues.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
On the whole, Mailchimp is a good platform and provides the predicted demographics on the dashboard. Thus, it is recommended for use encountering the prestigious performance of it in targeting the good number of email campaigns. Thus, the intuitive design makes it simple to use and brings forth multiple opportunities to cope with undesirable buffering.

What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?
Here's the thing: Mailchimp isn't that different from other products. I personally think Klaviyo is deeper and more innovative. However, Mailchimp integrates with our commerce platform better and that's not a fault on Klaviyo or a bonus for Mailchimp: it's because our website teams has coded our commerce platform (Magento v 1.x) so much that Mailchimp is the only one that they managed to get the API working. So, with that being said, we have two (yes, 2) email marketing platforms haha.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of Mailchimp is its simplicity, training features, and it's spam compliance. I get better open rates with Mailchimp more than Klaviyo and it's better with batch sending that I've used before.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don't dislike Mailchimp. It's fine. It does everything we need it to. It is a little bland on features and it what has to offer it does it well. I can't complain about it but I also can't particularly rave about it either.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you have a commerce platform on your website, make sure Mailchimp integrates with it well. It should and with that, you can build customer journeys and workflows. I recommend also figuring out your budget for email marketing. Mailchimp isn't expensive but if you have a lot of users, Mailchimp tends to skew more expensive once you pass a certain threshold of users. Just a heads up!
