What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?

I haven't used a lot of other products, but when it comes to general marketing email deployment, it is really intuitive. Anyone can jump on the platform and use the templated approach to build emails.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like how easy it is to use, but that it also offers more complex features. You can make it as generic or as custom as you want, without ever losing quality.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't have many dislikes. I do wish they offered more customized templates so we didn't have to use designers to make really unique emails. But that's just a want, not a need.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is great for every level of email needs. Whether you're new to marketing, a small business or have been doing it for years, it offers something for everyone.

What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?

Reliability and a smooth user interface from conception through delivery and analytics, MailChimp has proven time and again why they're the #1 name in email marketing and automation. It's a breeze to train new team members on!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ease with which our new team members can jump in and immediately hit the ground running when tasked with handling client email campaigns. The interface is smart, slick and intuitive.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There could be a few more niche features for the price, but it's more a minor annoyance than a true "dislike."

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Be sure to plan out the entire campaign strategy from the creative brief all the way through the analytics report; once all that is done, actually creating the campaign is a breeze!
