It is an easy to use solution that seamlessly synchronizes data and enables us to segment our mailing list and classify prospects and current customers

The available templates makes it easy to create emails that look just like our brand that we have working so hard to build. And it's mobile-friendly, so they look great on any device

Email testing and preview should be fine-tuned to enable us test emails before they are sent out and correct any errors to avoid spam delivery

What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?
Mailchimp is an efficient tool for marketing. It is as intuitive that I did not have to get training to excel using it. You can directly connect to your website and can get a lot of valuable data, for example, the trends of your email database. The best thing about Mailchimp is that it offers a free plan that helps the users to taste it before buying it. You can use all the features that if offered in the free plan so that you can have an idea of the complete package.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Mailchimp has helped us to capture leads across multiple platforms across which we have launched marketing campaigns. It offers seamless integration with HubSpot CRM, Google sheets, Woo-commerce, etc. which makes the job further easy for us. Through Mailchimp, we have been able to quickly create email templates and add content to our newsletter. Emails can be sent very easily and you can also keep a track of them. Mailchimp offers a consistent mode of communication with the contact database. It also enables us to export the reports easily.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some of the features in Mailchimp are not visually appealing and it also offers very limited image galleries and layouts. The pricing of the packages could be much better, so it should be reconsidered by Mailchimp. More features should be added for a better formatting experience. The analytics need to be more robust and should allow us to compare the results from different months. The learning curve for a new member is very steep. It would be better if they could make the experience more fun and interesting for new users.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Mailchimp is a great tool for those who have just begun their journey in the field of marketing. It will assist them a lot in launching effective email campaigns and take aid from marketing automation. Numerous integrations of Mailchimp will make the overall experience additionally productive. But an obvious point is that it is always requirements versus features so, you should conduct thorough research and decide for yourself.
