It is a powerful and excellent solution that supports powerful features which enables us to interact with clients. It is super easy and fast to create professional campaigns and send them. Also, the customer support team is readily available anytime you need help.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like Mailchimp because it enables me to interact with our clients regardless of where they are. It is a straightforward application that makes it easy to market our products and services online thus saving money and time. I like its intuitive and user-friendly interface which makes it super easy to customize and use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Since I started using Mailchimp i have never experienced any challenges so nothing to dislike about it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend Mailchimp for email marketing.

What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?

Mailchimp is very user-friendly and has enough free features to make it a great basic platform for writing newsletters that keep your constituents well informed. It allows you to import and export your audience in a number of ways. You can track audience size before and after import, the number of syntax errors, view import or export history, and the reasons for those errors so you can easily make changes to fix them. From the Mailchimp dashboard, you can manage all your running campaigns with the necessary statistics. When creating a new campaign, Mailchimp offers you many templates that are suitable for your target.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

MailChimp helps me create target segments based on powerful metrics such as user behavior, psychographics, demographics, and geography. In this way, I gain valuable insights that help my team devise effective marketing strategies and create a successful email marketing campaign.

What do you dislike most about this product?

If I had to find one point I don't like about Mailchimp, it would be the format error in the email. If you send the email in English, it should be fine. But if you send an email in an accented language like Czech then the spaces between the headings would be so small and sometimes so hard to read.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

First, you should clarify what exactly your goal is with Mailchimp and how large your audience is. Mailchimp allowed us to get our templates up and running fairly quickly, and we could also easily see how they were rendered. We do have a small list of recipients, but this changes quite quickly, so we want to make sure we are sending to the recipients that are actually signed up to keep a positive reputation score. Mailchimp allows us to keep track of the recipient list quite easily.

What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?

They have a decent freemium plan which lets you send emails to a couple of thousands users each month free of cost. Also, their dashboard & reporting is pretty comprehensive with geo-tracking & Google Analytics.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Their template creator lets you create visually appealing templates for different situation in customer/client's journey.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Email scheduling on free plan was removed recently but given they already offer a freemium plan, I understand their that ultimately they have to make money.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

One of the best email marketing tool, especially if you are a small or medium business and want to try free email campaigns before buying a premium plan.
