What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?
MailChimp does not let to send emails to people which you have not emailed before which is a good thing.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It has very nice user interface, Easy to learn and user. Creating templates is super easy. There are many integrations with CRM.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Product cost is higher and they need to have better customer service.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This will help to manage emails. So go for it.

easy to use and great for newsletters

What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?
I think the biggest difference between Mailchimp and others is how easy it is to use. The interface is excellent and I think most people with a basic grasp of computer programs will be able to get a suitable newletter up and running without much trouble. If you just need a straight newsletter, without segmentation, it's a nice way to do it.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the interface as easy of use. It's also a big company, so people trust signing up for a newsletter hosted on Mailchimp, because they know they can get off of a newsletter hosted on Mailchimp, if needed.
What do you dislike most about this product?
No dislikes for me. It does what I need it to do.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you just need a basic newsletter, Mailchimp does this well. If you need more advanced segmentation and tracking, there may be better options.

What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?
You may schedule campaigns to run at specific times and send to specific categories of customers, and the tool will handle the rest. In addition to a newsletter and a connect website, the tool's rich reports and powerful email editor make it an excellent choice for planning and executing an email marketing campaign.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We can now easily monitor client conversions from within WooCommerce thanks to the excellent decision to integrate Mailchimp with the platform. Sending out marketing emails in bulk, at predetermined intervals, and saving and reusing several campaign templates is a huge time saver.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The free edition has several restrictions (such as watermarks) and can be difficult to learn at first, but once you do, it's excellent.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Previously, it was hard to tell who was buying from our email because of their purchase habits. There is no doubt as to which newsletters readers went on to purchase after reading them.
