What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?
CLV (Customer Lifetime value) is awesome to check the customer behavior and easy to create mail, manage contacts and much more. Integration, automation and reporting is wonderful.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Get an overview of insights and market behavior, can filter the leads or conversions, divide audience as per interest
What do you dislike most about this product?
Adding a new person and sending the old emails is quite difficult, layouts can be more customized
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Winning Email Marketing platform with great features. It's truly simple to create campaigns and segment audiences, see analytics and share solid reporting with clients.

professionally designed email templates which are perfectly optimized for mobile devices. This is key because our insights shows that majority of our sales prospects and customers access our email newsletters from their mobile devices.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Mailchimp insights around our email marketing campaigns are not in real time or customizable.

What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?
In sales and marketing, MailChimp is among the most well-known programs available. It has a rather state-of-the-art interface and user experience. The required time to become proficient is tiny, and the necessary technological infrastructure is simple to put in place. Once again, I have much appreciation for the polished UI/UX.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like how simple it is for a beginner to use Mailchimp and send out successful email marketing campaigns. Using simple drag-and-drop interfaces, Mailchimp makes it easy to create professionally-looking emails. Mailchimp's user-friendly interface also aids in the development of engaging emails, which are often appreciated by the recipient base. It syncs well with various marketing platforms and customer relationship management systems.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is just one significant drawback to utilizing Mailchimp, and that is the platform's limited website integration choices. I find it difficult to set up lists, especially several lists and pop-up forms, and then figure out how to incorporate them into the website and ensure that the data you gather is sent where it needs to go.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We've found that MailChimp isn't keeping up with the increasing sophistication of our CRM's segmentation, tagging, and syncing needs, so you may want to consider investing in more sophisticated CRM and marketing technologies. MailChimp is a solid choice if you're starting with email marketing. Still, if you're planning to expand to highly sophisticated multi-channel marketing, you may want to consider an alternative.
