What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?

Its free version comes with all the tools needed to create an engaging email campaign. Unlike other tools that in order to create a good email campaign that includes analytics and reporting require an additional cost.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The fact that I can manage all the contacts in a campaign and segment them into groups for different marketing campaigns. Also, their WordPress plugin integration works smoothly to automate processes.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Their user experiences especially on their mobile app has room for improvement.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Mailchimp is a robust email marketing tool. If you are looking for a marketing tool while on a tight budget this is the tool for you.

You can easily integrate with other tools, easy to use and has the basic features needed for start ups , cost effective and flexible pricing plans based on the contacts/ database you have.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The hassle free designs, ready made templates and examples to choose from, give us inspirations for our campaigns

What do you dislike most about this product?

Support is not really available when you are on the free plan

Amazing for startups , small organizations and teams in marketing.
