What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?
The contact distribution options, as it allows us to have a specific order and generate groups with specific labels to better segment our email campaigns.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What I like most about Mailchimp is the excellent data handling capabilities. I can easily move user information from one database to another based on the information we need to send.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Perhaps what I like least about this software is the high amount of its price in its contact plans.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is very easy to use, you can segment your target audience and obtain analytics that will allow you to achieve your goals. Today digital marketing could not be fully understood or applied without a tool like this. Try the free plan first.

What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?
We use this software for the whole process of creating, monitoring and analyzing the email marketing campaigns we do. I like it because it is very complete, we don't miss any details. The data provided are very accurate and give us details of emails opened, clicks generated, interactions of potential customers and many more tools.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like that the platform itself allows you to create the entire email design and even has templates that help you design eye-catching emails that capture the attention of customers. It also has a calendar where we can schedule the mailings automatically, as well as monitor each step of the campaign.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I would like their templates to be a little more varied and personalized, so that we can easily modify them and adapt them to our graphic line. The cost of the software can be a little high, compared to similar programs, but Mailchimp has many more tools that make it superior, despite its price.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is a software that we highly recommend, as it has helped our organization to improve the results of our email marketing campaigns, in addition to the fact that we have been able to correct the mistakes we made and change it. The fact that we can closely monitor the whole process of the campaigns, ensures us to know the funnels and solve them.
