What differentiates Lumos from other similar products?
Having consistent user experience when operating similar devices, even when they are from different manufacturers or support different protocols.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The tool definitely does what it says. You can create a plain GUI to automate many processes like sharing company apps with your staff and approving requests quickly by managers. Meanwhile, it also helps to handle license management so you can save money. Even all these features are good but there are more tools on the market as well. The beauty of the Lumos is its support team behind it. They don't only try to sell their software to you so you can use the app feature. They help you to get what you need even if it requires customization to achieve your goal. Feel like a team is helping you behind.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is a learning curve, to understand how it works. Even if there is a team to help you, you need to spend some effort to understand their software, so you can best of it.

What differentiates Lumos from other similar products?
(Lumos, recently introduced to our environment, significantly reduces our workload. Previously, my colleagues and I had to perform various activities individually, but now it's accomplished with just a single click. Lumos seamlessly integrates with all environments, particularly excelling in User Authentication. Major tasks such as Approval Chain, user reviews, offboarding, and onboarding are executed seamlessly, with notifications on Slack.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of using this service is the support team. From the initial training sessions, the team has been incredibly attentive, providing thorough and knowledgeable guidance. The service excels in handling third-party SaaS applications and offers an excellent manual process when automation isn't necessary. Its simplicity further adds to its appeal, making it a standout choice among others.
What do you dislike most about this product?
(I haven't encountered any drawbacks with this product; it performs all the necessary functions as expected.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Being a new product, it is still in the process of maturing. Taking the time to familiarize yourself with new models and features will enhance your automation capabilities. I enthusiastically recommend this application to others.
