Its search and new AI assistants are often time-saving, they help surface relevant content, and reduce time spent searching across platforms. This platform supports multi-lingual and region-specific portals with ease. Moreover, it can customize the platform without code, adapt layouts, and localize content for global teams.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I would express my confidence in this platform. The current functioning is very helpful and strong for governance, and communication tracking is amazing.

LumApp offers excellent customer support and onboarding services. You should take advantage of its available training, implementation guides, and customer resources for a smooth rollout.
