Lucidspark is easy to learn and work with
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Lucidspark from other similar products?
Using Lucidspark, I was able to turn a tedious procedure into a visually appealing tool that I could then quickly share with the rest of the team. What matters most is how unrestricted you are in terms of page view, etc., while making diagrams and charts. Additionally, process maps can be exported with little effort.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
There are various process diagram applications that I have tried. When it comes to app usability, I've found Lucidspark and Lucidchart to be the two most intuitive. Changing the direction of the flow arrows is a breeze, and the swim lanes are simple to position wherever I like.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The table feature has been complicated to employ. You can't put a post-it note or build lists in a table. The Lucid Cards seem like they could be the answer, but their implementation could require some work.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
To help our customer make the transition to a more modern, digital business model, we are mapping out their operational procedures. These diagrams are put to use in workshops to illustrate the current state of affairs as well as the desired future state.
Pros
- Continually Improving Product
- Reliable
- Altruistic
- Helps Innovate

Lucidspark makes visual collaboration easy
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Lucidspark from other similar products?
It's been useful for our distant team's collaboration. As an added bonus, we have been able to provide our clients with access to our outputs in a read-only manner.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like that I can decide whether my team members may only read and comment on the board, or whether they can also make changes to it. More people can work together on it than any comparable platform.
What do you dislike most about this product?
A thorough tour of the platform's many features is essential. Many of the platform's features are available but aren't being used because they aren't well-publicized. The website itself takes a lengthy time to load, so maybe it would be preferable to use a dedicated desktop program instead.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Offers a model for holding meetings once every two weeks that are well-structured and encourage participation from all team members. Some details could be lost in translation if we had to have this conversation over the phone.
Pros
- Enables Productivity
- Friendly Negotiation
- Security Protects
- Helps Innovate

Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Lucidspark from other similar products?
Lucidspark is has a very modern look and feel, it provides all of the required functionality with a minimalistic side panel to keep the screen clutterfree
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the drag and drop curved arrows to give even a rough process map a look of quality
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes you can create arrows when tying to grab shapes and vise versa, resizing can also be troublesome sometimes
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would consider this product ahead of Lucid Chart for ease of use and collaboration between multiple people at the same time (it blows people's mind the first time they see it)
Pros
- Performance Enhancing
- Enables Productivity
- Includes Product Enhancements
- Helps Innovate
