What differentiates Lucidchart from other similar products?

When it comes to being able to work on documentations simultaneously with my team, on the same canvas in real time, no other diagramming tool comes close to rivalling what Lucidchart brings. This for me, is why my team uses Lucidchart as our first option diagramming software as against any other alternative.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Lucid integrations. This aspect of Lucidchart aids my day to day workflow by letting me add visuals from Lucidchart into the most important apps. I use at work and vice versa. This has allowed me to build more impactful flowcharts and process maps.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The Lucidchart mobile app. There is just so much difference in features and available tools between Lucidchart on my computer and Lucidchart on my mobile phone as an app.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For creating mockup roadmaps, designing processes and the list goes on. Lucidchart is my recommended software.

What differentiates Lucidchart from other similar products?

Lucidchart is web based and works smoothly on my web browser. Lucid also allows for the possibility to collaboratively build diagrams simultaneously with my workmates , enabling faster completion of diagramming assignments, not minding the physical location of each member of my work group.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Lucid has hundreds of templates available to me , when I need to create a diagram. Lucid's diagramming library covers different technical diagramming types from taskboards, to sales processes, reports, flowcharts, sales efficiency diagrams and so on. Having access to Lucid's library prevents me from building my technical diagrams from scratch.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Asides viewing documents, I struggle to do much on the mobile app. This for me, is the one weakness for Lucid which I hope will be addressed at some point.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

As far as technical diagramming goes, I doubt I have come across any other software program better than Lucidchart , in my own opinion.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Love most about Lucidchart is its ease ofuse. The software makes it super fast for me to build out user flows, process flows, & product diagrams without a ton of attention spent on formattnig & tweaking shapes. Also am sure that teams get in-synch more efficiently due to shared access and clarity around thoughts.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some advanced features and templates can be pricey and require higher plans. For the complex and the heavy-weighted diagrams, it can be a struggle for the tool to keep running smoothly when files become extremely large.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend Lucidchart to any product managers, business teams and companies looking for an easy way to diagram Workflows and collaborate on Ideas. It is a superb tool for planning, brainstorming and enhancing communication to your teams.
