What differentiates Lucidchart from other similar products?

I haven't used another product like Lucidchart, it is truly a one-of-a-kind.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to create customized org charts for my priority accounts, and link their Salesforce contact directly in the chart/name bubble.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike that I haven't used it sooner!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Lucidchart is a must for any sales rep or account executive looking to stay organized down to the nitty gritty details.

What differentiates Lucidchart from other similar products?

Nothing differentiates Lucidchart from others other than the fact that it's the easiest to use and is cloud-enabled.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like how it's easy to create diagrams via a drag-and-drop system. In addition, the platform also has a directory for your organization to organize your chart contents with ease. You're also able to add comments on top of the charts being used. There is a plethora of different objects to use in your diagram.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing I dislike about the product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This product is the best product for diagramming or blueprinting. It's user-friendly, intuitive, cost-friendly, and web-enabled. Therefore, I would simply give this product a try before trying a competitors.
