What differentiates Loomly from other similar products?

Loomly is a center of gravity to support the social media accounts of institutions or influencers. Loomly performs many tasks for us, such as scheduling, publishing, and diligently following up on comments and interactions. It is great that the reports give us a lot of information to understand the extent of our impact realistically.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Loomly allows us to optimize posts and schedule them to be published within a specific time frame, or unify the publication of the same post on different platforms at the same time or within a time sequence that can be easily determined. Loomly has many benefits for us, we benefit from it by automatically deleting inappropriate comments, which supports keeping the page free of anything that may be used by some to tarnish the reputation. I also love the ease of setting the auto-response to provide direct answers to some comments, and I love how it can be set up to respond with the same answer to comments with the same content.

What do you dislike most about this product?

With Loomly, dealing with social media becomes fun and without problems. What Loomly offers so far in terms of features enhances creativity.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Loomly is very useful for controlling the rhythm of social media platforms. The data that Loomly captures contributes to revealing many facts that will speed up the necessary measures to reach the desired impact.

What differentiates Loomly from other similar products?

Loomly is less expensive than most other social media planning platforms, but still provides all the tools needed to post. One thing that really stood out to me when purchasing was the fact that Loomly actually allowed me to tag individuals on LinkedIn and not just companies--this was something that most of the other, more expensive platforms could not do.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

How powerful and simple it is. It's very easy to use. I appreciate that they offer help and suggestions as I build a post--noting if things get too long or if I'm posting at a time of day that's not optimal. Customer service is also excellent--when I reached out to make a suggestion for a feature that I thought would be helpful, a real live person emailed me back the same day to ask more information about how I envisioned the feature, and then offered suggestions as to other ways I might be able to accomplish something similar with their current features. I definitely felt heard and valued as a client.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Tagging for X has been removed so if I want to tag anyone in those posts, I have to open X, search for the company or organization, find their tag, and incorporate it into my post. When tagging companies on LinkedIn, I do not see a preview of their logo. This makes it sometimes difficult to ensure I'm choosing the right company. If they're not going to allow me to see the logo, I wish I could at least tag certain companies/orgs as "favorites" because I tag them often, and it can be annoying to have to find the correct one each and every time. I'd like to scroll through my calendar and not just see 1 month at a time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go for it! They have been great thus far, and I'll continue to use them. Do a trial if you can (I believe Loomly has that option) to make sure none of the minor quirks I mentioned as a negative are going to bother your work flow, but as long as they aren't an issue that hinders you, I think you'll really enjoy Loomly.

Content planning and scheduling feature with visual calendar view and drag-and-drop functionality.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Limited analytics capabilities, technical glitches, limited AI functionality, and mobile app UI issues.
