What differentiates Logi Symphony from other similar products?

The report is a fantastic addition to DBI, making it a true all-in-one BI tool. The experience is enhanced with dashboard layers and pop-ups. A helpful experience is enhanced by data-driven notifications. The ETL cube with a data warehouse has a lot of features and sophisticated transformations. Its flexibility is unrivaled thanks to the open API and JavaScript.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We enjoy the user-type flexibility of being able to have a concurrent license allowing us to give access to more people who may only need access once or twice a month. I like the simplicity with which I can create a metric collection and then drag it to a dashboard to see the data displayed in a variety of visualizations.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One example is the connection to the SSAS tabular model; they still use MDX instead of DAX. Second, learning the product and all of its features takes some time. If DBI could be accessed via a mobile app, it would be much better.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're new to DundasBI, take a look at the Dundas community site, which has a user forum, as well as tips. Their API is outstanding. Additionally, their support for Docker is a welcome improvement, since it will make deployment much easier.

What I expect from the tool fulfills all of my expectations. This is the only tool that is full of unique features such as 1. Dashboard reloads abilities in real-time in-built ETL 2. Flexible seat categories and low-cost licensing 3. Excellent versatility and personalization without requiring coding 4. Out-of-the-box efficiency and usage tracking.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Dundas BI is a highly adaptable platform that allows me to continuously deliver what my users require. The ability to exchange statistical sets across dashboards is my favorite feature of Dundas. Instead of needing to construct workarounds, some numerous tools and features are highly intuitive and built-in. So far, my favorites are the dating drill-down feature and the period-over-period comparison capabilities.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I'd say the complexity of options for each visualization is the main thing that I hate because it takes a long time to find everything in the properties tab of each type of visualization. It can be difficult to work with large tables. The report designer appears to be a little out of date and not very user pleasant.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Dundas BI is ideal for customizing and matching certain APIs to fulfill your operational demands. Detecting trends using historical data. You can easily use data to make better business decisions and apply further in the future for best practices. This enables us to give our internal and external customers with these easily digestible data visualizations promptly.

Dundas BI has a user interface that is very intuitive and simple to learn. This allows for a quick pick-up. Our primary requirement is to provide real-time data access to our large membership base, which Dundas BI does very cost-effectively. Dundas BI has a wide range of features and tools that allow me to be creative in analyzing and visualizing my data.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like every aspect of Dundas BI. We use Dundas BI to create insightful dashboards and embed them in our application, allowing our users to make timely decisions throughout the immigration life cycle of the large number of cases they handle. The ad-hoc analysis is also used to gain a better understanding of the quality of data produced by our ERPs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The check-in or check-out feature could be improved because it frequently causes a page refresh, making the experience slow and clunky. Dundas BI has slow performance when dealing with large amounts of data, and the metric set fails during migration if a single field is removed.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

In my experience and with the projects that I have worked on, Dundas BI fits perfectly. Connecting to Oracle and SQL Server databases and analyzing data with dashboards, scorecards, reports, and many more are quick and easy. Even if the data being analyzed is quite large, you can benefit from the cache feature that it provides.
