The inclusive customer engagement perspective helps professionals conduct more strategic follow-ups and create more personalized approaches. Sales teams achieve higher response rates through determining optimal outreach periods which leads to better effectiveness throughout their outreach activities.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Talent Insights is hindered by its lack of inherent capabilities for sending emails through the platform. Talent Insights provides strong lead identification features, but users need to navigate away from the platform to their email provider when initiating follow-ups. Workflow speed decreases and conversation tracing becomes harder because of the fragmented nature between different communication channels.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The organization should fund professional training for its team members in utilizing Talent Insights sophisticated search capabilities. The implementation of standardized methods for creating order out of prospect data lists will enhance overall workflow performance. Organizations should include CRM platform integration from the beginning of implementing the tool to achieve improved data flow alongside existing sales procedures.

However, its data-driven approach is strong, and companies with limited recruitment requirements may not be able to justify the spending.
