The ability to easily connect with people all over in a seamless way.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Being able to easily reach out and connect to many people daily with ease and connect other people together as well.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Using the searching capability can be a little slow when doing large searches.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would highly suggest paying for access to the full online product as you will be able to connect with thousands more people per year.

My favorite aspect of LinkedIn Talent Insights is its real-time analytics, particularly the Talent Pool Reports.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Its costing I hate the most. This platform is way to costly.

For LinkedIn Talent Insights, confirm your need for strategic hiring insights and pair it with LinkedIn Recruiter for seamless sourcing. Assign IT and business owners, train your team, evaluate the ~$1,000+/year cost, and supplement data for niche roles.

A drawback of LinkedIn Talent Insights is that it only reflects professionals active on LinkedIn and the cost can be quite high, making it less accessible for smaller organizations
