Its easy to use, it fulfils its purpose, i like the notifications and the prompts it send to complete something

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

the dashboard and the ease of use

What do you dislike most about this product?

The AI is not quite working,. When writing a personal assessment it changes it from first person to third person and its confusing

What differentiates Leapsome from other similar products?

It’s catered for the European Market mostly and is quite flexible with changes and adaptations.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Employee Engagement and Performance are the two features that stand out, OKR could be improved. There should be other features added and I’m happy to discuss it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing that immediately stands out but there could be additional features which would make things better and more fluid.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Give it a try, it’s better than what you currently have.
