I believe that All-in-One Platform is the main feature that differentiates Leapsome from others. Leapsome integrates various HR tools such as OKRs (Objectives and Key Results), performance reviews, engagement surveys, and learning management into a single platform. This reduces the need for multiple tools and simplifies people management processes.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
If I had to pick, I'd say Leapsome's focus on people enablement is a standout. Providing tools that foster continuous feedback, goal setting, and development, genuinely helps employees grow and thrive. It's a far cry from the old-school, top-down performance management methods.
