What differentiates LastPass Password Management from other similar products?
I have been using LastPass for myself for a long time and have happily adopted it for my entire organization. I think that despite the minor inconveniences, the product is the best on the market by many criteria.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
1) multi-factor authentication 2) easy to set up 3) password change monitoring 4) password security monitoring 5) easy password management for team
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some functions are not obvious, you have to google it
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Try at least the personal version, and you will see for yourself how functionally the product is developed

What differentiates LastPass Password Management from other similar products?
LastPass is more than just a password management solutions. With the Teams features, as administrator, I was able to add every new employees, share passwords related to their specific departments, all this via a secured interface. What we were previously doing via email, as which was at risk in case that email account was accessed or hacked by a 3rd party, LastPass simply eliminates this issue. Each employee also had his own private vault, for saving his passwords and sensitive information. Best of all, the digital records features, unique to LastPass, allowing storage of credentials like software licenses, and Wi-Fi specific passwords.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the multi-factor authentication as well as the ability to enforce passwords parameters. Also, in case of an employee no longer forms part of the organization, their accesses can be removed immediately, and security policies applied. Sharing passwords in a secured cloud environment has never been so easy with LastPass.
What do you dislike most about this product?
3 Single Sign-on (SSO) apps are available as from the Business plan. It is sad that this is not included in the Teams plan, for their is no big disparity in the pricing.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If your organization needs to have optimal control on its IT users as well as the IT network, LastPass is highly recommended. If you are looking to modernize and optimize your business processes by moving from spreadsheets to a secured cloud system, LastPass is best suited. If you want to store and share password in a secured environment, LastPass is the perfect solutions.
