What differentiates Laserfiche from other similar products?

Ease of use, other products tended to not be so friendly. When you have turnover it is important that the incoming person can pick up where the other left off.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Forms and workflow

What do you dislike most about this product?

Hard to say. It is complex but it is fairly simple once you have a little bit of exposure.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take the Training, it will serve you best. Don't shortchange yourself. This product will save you in the end. But it is only as good as the effort you put.
