I have seen many benefits of using this software apart from being the best SMS and email software. It gives an option of merging the phone-only and email-only profiles that belongs to one customer. The performance dashboard Klaviyo offers helps focus on the insights of business.

I have seen many marketing software but very few give an option of marketing the business by incorporating SMS. It helps in keeping all the customers on the board which lets the owner know about customer loyalty. Klaviyo allows a great integration with other Shopify apps.

At times I feel like the new email editor this software has introduced is very slow and I mostly prefer using the older version. In some areas, Klaviyo is not very user-friendly. It takes a lot of time to learn this software. When you have to improve the subscription levels you have to pay quite a lot of money.

When it comes to recommending marketing software that works perfectly on the phone as well, Klaviyo is what I recommend after using it for my business. From customer profiles to campaigns and different templates, Klaviyo has it all at one place.
