What differentiates Kissflow from other similar products?

This application is distinct from others because it is both less expensive and more feature-rich than its competitors, in addition to being simpler to operate.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I appreciate how flexible the Kissflow platform is, allowing us to tailor its features to meet the needs of any of our divisions. The low learning curve and user-friendly design of its interface mean that you won't need substantial training to put its features to use. For example, we make use of and give due consideration to the system's data and process analysis features, which generate daily reports based on all the data currently being processed; these reports help us spot potential problems in advance, allowing us to respond quickly with effective solutions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

While it's true that the Kissflow platform has enormous potential because of the tremendous boost it can give any company, there are crucial considerations that I did not like, such as their customer care. Keep in mind that there are many different tools available on this platform, and while we've mastered some of them, there were times when we needed assistance or a feasible solution, but didn't get it until it was too late.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We now have effective departmental administration with the aid of the Kissflow platform, thus I would advise using it. Thanks to the available customization capabilities, we were able to tailor kissflow's features by division to better suit the needs of our different teams. Since this platform generates useful reports, we can quickly analyze data and streamline operations to find and apply answers to pressing issues. And there is no doubt that the efficacy of any method we choose to employ has increased.

The training manuals and resources.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Task list formats could be improved. Easier export of approval document for storage on corporate network; rather than relying on leaving it all in Kissflow. We upload invoices as pdf then download the approval workflow, but need to manually merge the two files.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Map the process before implementing.
