What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Resource optimization and financial forecasting.
What do you dislike most about this product?
A number of features are very difficult to use, particularly around invoicing and handling of credits and purchase orders.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Ensure that you have someone with a skill set to administer the tool.

What differentiates Kantata from other similar products?
As a user, I like how few clicks it takes to switch between Mavenlink's many projects and tasks inside those projects to view the time spent on each. It's easier than other methods I've tried for keeping track of time during hectic workweeks.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite feature is being able to switch between a list view and a Gantt chart view to see my tasks. Many of my clients and team members prefer a simple list of their activities over a comprehensive Gantt chart, therefore I've found this feature to be quite helpful. Helpful for getting to the correct depth of information fast as a project manager.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Unfortunately, you can't clone an existing project right now to start working on it. The first step is to make a new template based on an existing project. If the project's architecture doesn't change often, this is a good choice.Instead of making a huge list of templates that may or may not be utilized, I think it would be better to be able to clone any project and adjust the structure as needed.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The entire process of working with Mavenlink, from the start of our partnership through the execution, has been a pleasure. Chase Redfield, our client success manager, expertly directed our team of implementers through each and every one of our processes. The fact that he helped us out and offered advice showed that our efforts were worthwhile.
